one of the CAFE artists hang out

There is place in the city meant for organic beings to chillax and escape the noise of the city within a city.

The favorite oasis to spend time while listening to the music of  The Doors, Ziggy Stardust, The Beatles, Lennon, McCartney, Morcheeba, Banco De Gaia Live at Glastonbury, The Orb, Orbital, The Smiths, Leftfield,  Bob Marley, Ozric Tentacles, Fat Boy Slim, The Chemical Brothers, Hawkwind,  Bob Dylan, Vollenweider, Merl Saunders, Air, Lamb, The Chieftains, Kila, Clannad, Jethro Tull, Creedance Clear Water, Eric Clapton, Mano Negra, The Breeders, King Tubby - the list goes on..... The Banwa Pension House and Arthouse.
The structure is made of bamboo and sawali (strip bamboo weave together to serve as walls), one of the favorite hang out and meeting place of the  local artists. Its walls are filled with artworks so instead of blank
corridor space upon going to your room, your eyes will feast on the art of the locals.
The owner itself, Jane orcullo-Campbell is one of the members of the Manunggul Group-one of the three existing art groups in the city.

You may check its website at: http://www.banwa.com/
